There is a growing interest in these crops which is partly driven by the expanding multicultural nature of the irish population. Many of the varieties listed below have been specially selected to meet this demand and also to appeal to our western palates in salads and stir frys.

Dark green leaves with short compact habit.
Ideal for baby leaf production.

Summer production.
