Coriander
Coriandrum sativum
Hardy annual. Height up to 18 inch. Slender sparsely branched. Pale to mid green lobed basal leaves and finely cut, high aromatic stem leaves may be harvested and used fresh. Pale purple flowers in June and July.  Seeds ripen in late summer and used in dried state as a spice. Sow direct April for seed crop, in 15 inch rows and thin to 4-6 inch apart. Sow successionally April to September for leaf crops in 15 inch rows 1 inch apart. 1,600-1,800 seeds  per 10g.

Coriander Santos
Santos combines very slow bolting with an upright habit and excellent flavour.

Coriander Caribe
Caribe is an iproved variety noted for its bolt-resistance and tolerance of Summer heat allowing it to last longer in the field.

Parsley
Petroselinium crispum 
Curly leaf parsley is most commonly grown but flat leaf (P. Neapolitanum) is also grown. Germination can be inconsistent and may require 3 – 6 weeks. Sow February – July not more than 0,5 inch deep. Rows should be at least one foot apart with final plant stand after thinning approx. 8 inches. Seed count 500 – 1000 per gram.

Densely curled and long stemmed.
Fast regrowth after cutting.
Rich green colour.

Moss Curled 2 - Petra
Large densely curled leaves on long stems.
Used for later sowings in July
Dark green, crops over a long period.

Novas
Flat leaf type.
Dark green small leafed foliage.
Moderate cold tolerance.

Salad Rocket
Rocketus Arugulium
Perennial. Height 1.5 ft. Used for greens, seasoning and adding its rich peppery flavour to Italian style salads and other dishes. The dark green lobed leaves have a strong spicy flavour. Sow seed directly  outdoors from early through mid spring and again in late Summer for an Autumn crop. Space rows about 18 inches apart and gradually thin to 6 inches apart .6,500 seeds  per 10g.

Sky Rocket
Well lobed salad rocket variety.
Ready to cut in 25 – 30 days.
Slow to bolt.
Succulent rocket flavour.

Wild Rocket
Rucola Selvatica
Slower growing than Salad Rocket with smaller darker more deeply lobed leaves. Spicy and much used in Mediterranean cuisine. 45,000 seeds  per 10g.

Wild Rocket – Voyager
More upright and uniform selection than standard varieties.
Slower bolting, thicker leafed and darker green.
Flavour described as “sweet with a punch”.
