Ligusticum scoticum. Perennial. Height up to 60 cm, spread 130 cm. Pale to mid green, toothed ovate leaflets. Erect sparsely branched stems. Use: Leaves, seeds, stems and roots all used in cooking which impart a musky, lemon like flavour.
